Returns & Refunds

As Paxmora products are individually produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

 

However, we will always make things right if something goes wrong. We offer a full replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

 

The item arrives damaged or defective

The item received is incorrect (wrong product, colour or size)

The print quality is significantly below the standard shown on our website

 

To raise a concern please contact us at support@paxmora.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
