Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using www.paxmora.co.uk or placing an order with Paxmora. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Paxmora is a trading name of Catherine Louise Crossley, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. ICO Registration Number: ZC101075.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Paxmora website and the purchase of products from our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Paxmora sells mindful affirmation clothing produced on a print-on-demand basis through our fulfilment partner, Printful. This means that each item is individually produced at the time of order.

 

Please be aware of the following:

 

-  Product colours may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of garment dyeing.

-  Print placement may vary slightly between individual items - this is a natural characteristic of print-on-demand production.

-  All measurements and sizing information are provided as guidance only. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

-  Product availability is subject to stock availability from our fulfilment partner. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly.

 

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Paxmora reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

 

Free UK shipping is included in the price of all Paxmora products. International shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

 

When you place an order with Paxmora you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. In such cases a full refund will be issued promptly.

 

As our products are produced on demand, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

All Paxmora orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Printful from their fulfilment centres. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

-  United Kingdom: 5–10 working days

-  Europe: 7–14 working days

-  United States, Canada & Australia: 7–14 working days

-  Rest of World: 10–20 working days

 

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Paxmora is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

As Paxmora products are individually produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

 

However, we will always make things right if something goes wrong. We offer a full replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

 

-  The item arrives damaged or defective

-  The item received is incorrect (wrong product, colour or size)

-  The print quality is significantly below the standard shown on our website

 

To raise a concern please contact us at support@paxmora.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

 

All content on the Paxmora website, including but not limited to the Paxmora name, logo, brand identity, affirmations, product designs, photography and written content, is the intellectual property of Catherine Louise Crossley trading as Paxmora.

 

Paxmora is a registered trademark. The following applications are pending with the UK Intellectual Property Office:

 

-  PAXMORA word mark - Application No. UK00004350822

-  Paxmora colour logo - Application No. UK00004350829

-  Paxmora monochrome logo - Application No. UK00004350830

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any Paxmora intellectual property without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our trademarks, affirmations or designs may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

 

Your privacy matters to us deeply. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.paxmora.co.uk/privacy for full details of how we collect, use and protect your personal data. Paxmora is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO Registration Number: ZC101075).

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxmora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

 

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Paxmora website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
